As Art Director and designer of books and book jackets, I worked across fiction, non-fiction,
poetry, business and children’s books in Hindi and English. My work at this time also involved
collaborating with street signboard artists, tattoo artists, illustrators, typographers and photographers.
Also designed book jackets for their distribution subsidaries - Granta, Zubaan Books. 

Gopika Chowfla Design, 2008-2010
I worked for an independent graphic design house as a website and publication designer for
numerous national and local clients.

Participant in Siggraph ’07, an international exhibition on computer graphics. 
Awarded First Prize for a poster competition on ‘Exploring Masculinities’ by Aakar, New Delhi.
The poster was taken on a year-long travelling exhibition to South East Asia.
